WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Work inbound and outbound leads with motivated sellers — residential and investment properties
• Negotiate directly with homeowners, build rapport fast, and move deals to contract
• Own your pipeline. No hand-holding, no micromanaging — just results
• Learn and apply real estate investing fundamentals (no license required)
