Job Description
Our client is seeking a 1-2 years experienced Bilingual Associate Bilingual Associate Attorney - Immigration & Family Law
Roles and Responsibilities:
Appear in Immigration, Supreme, and Family Court to represent and defend clients' rights.
Conduct client consultations and advise clients on legal matters and ongoing cases.
Prepare pleadings, motions, divorce packets, prenuptial agreements, settlements, and immigration applications.
Perform legal research and analyze evidence such as police reports, notices to appear, and prior pleadings.
Manage files, handle billing, develop legal strategies, and manage a high caseload independently.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in New York (NY Bar Admission required).
1-2 years of experience in a private law firm setting preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and client management skills.
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, team player, and able to work independently.
