Overview
We are hiring energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors representing leading energy and utility solutions inside major retail locations and at local Pittsburgh events. This is a face to face sales and customer engagement role designed for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and being part of a high energy team environment.

Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, or are a recent graduate, this is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition while growing into leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Represent our clients inside retail stores and at local events, promotions, and pop ups
• Engage with customers directly, create interest, and deliver product presentations
• Educate customers on energy supply options, utility programs, and cost saving solutions
• Drive new customer enrollments and hit daily and weekly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with new customers
• Track customer interactions and sales using Salesforce CRM
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a professional brand image
• Work closely with leadership on sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and territory growth

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
