Seeking experienced Butcher/meat cutter for 20+ years established market. Can be full or part-time. Experienced only need apply.

Qualifications

• Working understanding of Meat department processes and procedures
• Excellent cutting skills
• Extensive knowledge of different cuts and cooking techniques of meat and seafood
• Ability to recognize quality of meats and seafood to ensure freshness of product
• Must be physically able to perform any lifting or other job requirements

Responsibilities

• Performs duties relating to the cutting, preparation, display, and selling of meat products
• Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and co-workers at all times
• Prepare specialty meats and cuts on demand for customers
• Ensure that meat case is monitored daily for freshness and quality
• Must comply with all safety standards required
