Qualifications
• 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience
• Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• California Bar admission in good standing

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in business litigation.
• Hold an active California Bar license in good standing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in drafting motions, conducting depositions, and briefing complex cases.
• Exhibit strong skills in civil litigation, including discovery and case management.
• Show an ability to handle high-intensity, low-volume cases with precision and focus.
• Display excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within the firm.
• Maintain a commitment to detail-oriented growth and staying updated on relevant legal developments.
• Prior experience in lender liability or construction litigation is beneficial but not mandatory.
