Role Summary
The Creative Project Manager will manage end-to-end production of creative work—primarily photo, video, and graphic design—from initial brief and resourcing through delivery and recap.
You will be responsible for turning stakeholder needs into clear, actionable project plans, building realistic timelines and budgets, and keeping cross-functional partners aligned throughout the production process. Day to day, you will work directly with designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors to move work forward, anticipate and mitigate risks, and ensure every deliverable is on time, on budget, and on brand.

You will join an internal creative and production studio that functions as the in-house agency for the organization. This team develops integrated visual and written content that supports brand storytelling across channels—including campaign imagery, product photography, video content, marketing collateral, and experiential activations.
