Apex Commercial Janitorial Solutions LLC in Dothan, AL is looking for one front desk receptionist to join our 33 person strong team. We are located on 200 North Saint Andrews Street Suite 4. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
· Draft correspondences and other formal documents
· Greet and assist onsite guests
· Answer inbound telephone calls
· Implement organized filing systems
· Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications
· Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
