The role:
Build the Command Center — the core interface where executives monitor performance and AI-driven decisions
Collaborate closely with founders and engineers in a small, high-ownership team
Build full-stack systems across React + TypeScript and Python or Node.js
⚙️ Develop real-time dashboards, audit logs, and safety guardrails for high-stakes decisions
Build deep Slack integrations for alerts, approvals, and workflows
Integrate LLM-powered analytics for natural language queries and instant insights
Design for explainability — translating complex system decisions into intuitive product experiences
