About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Office Assistant to be the organized, personable face of our front office. No automotive experience required — we'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is attitude, work ethic, and the ability to connect with people. If you bring those, we'll build the rest.
Roughly 25 hours per week, mornings through mid-afternoon. We're flexible and happy to work with the right person's schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answering phones and greeting customers with genuine warmth
- Processing payments and keeping accurate transaction records
- Scheduling service and mechanic appointments
- Managing filing and general office paperwork
- Supporting day-to-day dealership operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Eager to learn and hungry to grow — this is the most important thing
- A natural people person who makes others feel at ease
- Calm and professional when conversations get tough — our customers are often under financial stress, and composure matters
- Organized and reliable — small team means every role counts
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Any customer service background is a plus, but we will train the right person from scratch
What We Offer
- $15–$17/hr depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities ( can be up to a few hundred a week)
- Part-time (~25 hrs/week), mornings to mid-afternoon
