Job Summary

We’re a small, family-owned trucking company looking for a reliable Class A CDL driver with a Double Endorsement to join our team, where you’ll be treated with respect and like family. The job includes driving a well-maintained tractor while hauling doubles or 53’ trailers. You can count on steady freight and a respectful dispatch, with all dedicated routes that are drop-and-hook and no-touch freight. We want a professional driver who values safety, reliability, and steady work while using modern equipment in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

• Drivers are required to work night shifts and can choose to pick up extra days if they want. They are home daily, typically five days a week, and receive weekly pay.

Minimum Driver Requirements

• - Minimum age of 23 years
• - Valid Class A CDL (non-domiciled and limited-term CDLs not accepted)
• - Double/triple endorsement required
• - Must pass background check, drug screening, and DOT pre-employment requirements
• - One year of verifiable truck and trailer driving in the past 3 years, or 3 years in the past 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years
• - No DOT-recordable or preventable accidents in the past 12 months
• - No more than one serious violation in the past 36 months
• - No DUI, felony charges, or positive drug/alcohol tests
• - Clean Clearinghouse record with overall safe driving history
• - Proficiency in English to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, complete reports, and interact with the public

Responsibilities

• - Follow all DOT laws and regulations
• - Arrive on time to work and operate safely
• - Knowledge of Motive ELD preferred; training provided
• - Do not cover cameras inside the tractor
• - Comply with all state and local laws
• - Ensure safety, including double-checking hookups
• - Communicate effectively with managers
• - Report any mechanical issues with equipment promptly
• - Maintain professionalism and respect in the workplace
• - Keep equipment well-maintained
