Technician Maintenance - PM Shift
Location: Northern Illinois
Salary: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour / Sign on bonus: $2500 total - $1000 after 30 days and the rest after 90 days
Schedule: 2-2-3 shift (works 6 months out of the year, allowing extra days off for work-life balance)

Position Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled Maintenance Technician to support our PM shift. This role will ensure production equipment runs efficiently and safely, performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment including:
* Gearboxes, sprockets/chains, belts, clutches, bearings, brakes, seals, and gaskets
* Maintain and repair Boilers, Chillers, or HVAC systems as needed
* Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
* Follow all safety protocols and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain basic computer records of maintenance activities and equipment history
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience , or experience with industrial equipment such as Boilers, Chillers, or HVAC systems
* Strong mechanical aptitude in a production environment
* Basic computer literacy (data entry, maintenance logs)
* Ability to work a 2-2-3 PM shift schedule
