Our Opportunity Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, Franchisee Profitability to join the BK US Finance & Analytics team based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for identifying and supporting the implementation of business initiatives that improve the productivity and profitability of franchised BURGER KING restaurants across the US and Canada. The position works cross‑functionally within the brand organization and with external stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize and grow restaurant‑level P&Ls. This role will analyze market trends impacting franchisees, generate insights, and support execution of initiatives to drive sustainable restaurant profitability. RBI follows a 5 day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week. Role And Responsibilities Develop and maintain restaurant profitability data, modeling, and reporting, including BI dashboards and financial models Support the development and execution of the restaurant profitability strategy across key P&L levers Partner cross‑functionally with teams (Ops, Development, Supply Chain, etc.) to support profitability initiatives Prepare content and analysis for senior leadership and franchisee committees (e.g., Profitability SteerCo, Franchisee Success forums) Build financial models and support strategic and ad hoc projects as directed by senior management Conduct analyses on franchisee performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvement opportunities Support implementation and tracking of profitability initiatives across the system Skills & Qualifications University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or similar fields Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into structured analyses Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data manipulation Experience with financial forecasting and building models Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Snowflake, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders Proven ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and strong ownership Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
