About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Funeral Home Manager to lead operations and ensure exceptional service for families during meaningful life moments. This role combines leadership, client care, and business management, with a strong focus on team development and community engagement.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day funeral home operations, including services, staffing, and scheduling

• Meet with families to arrange and coordinate funeral and memorial services with care and professionalism

• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maintain a supportive and high-performing team environment

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations

• Drive community outreach, events, and local marketing initiatives

• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve results

• Maintain facilities, equipment, and overall presentation standards

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Funeral Director (or ability to obtain licensure)

• 5+ years of experience in funeral services or a related field

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to balance compassion with operational and business priorities

• Valid driver's license
