Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Track material usage and update inventory management systems.
• Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation of material movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and project teams.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Food Safety Responsibilities

• Comply with all company food safety and quality assurance procedures at all times.
• Ensure all work product contact surfaces are restored to sanitary condition after any job completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and warehouse procedures.

Computer Skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
