We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler (Warehouse Specialist) to join our dynamic team in Alabaster, AL, 35007. • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and products.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
