Job Description
Our company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher that will support our oilfield sand-hauling division!
We are a 24/7 - 365 operation.
Candidate will need to be comfortable with working 12 hour shifts (0600-1800 or 1800-0600), and available to work holidays and weekends when needed.
Schedule:
6pm-6am
Pay: Starting at $20, depending on experience
Qualifications:
-Dispatch experience (oilfield or otherwise) is preferred but not required.
-Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
-Familiarity with Microsoft office programs is necessary (Outlook, Excel/Google Docs)
-Ability to Multi-Task
Duties include:
-Receiving, building, prioritizing and dispatching loads by appointment time, customer and region.
-Data Entry; ensuring all information is entered into our TMS platform along with customer apps and spreadsheets.
-Interact and maintain relationships with our drivers and customers.
Compensation is negotiable based upon experience.
This position is subject to a background check and drug screen.
Health/Dental/Vision/401K available after 60 days.
