Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay: $20 - $25 (dependent on experience)
Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Set up, operate, and monitor multi-unit web presses per job specs.
Review job tickets, proofs, and work orders; adjust ink, speed, registration, and equipment.
Inspect output for color, registration, and clarity.
Troubleshoot press issues, perform minor maintenance, and ensure safe operation.
Track production metrics, maintain documentation, and prepare jobs.
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and quality
Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
Ability to read job tickets, specs, and use measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail during long production runs.
Communication skills; able to work independently or on a team.
Physical ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift 50 lbs (equipment support for heavier rolls).
High school diploma or GED preferred. Press experience a plus—training provided for motivated candidates.
Direct-hire, full-time position with long-term stability.
