Find a unique and rewarding next step in your nursing career by joining the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at the St. Cloud Hospital. As a CICU RN, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions. This role allows you to develop and utilize advanced skills in cardiac nursing. Working in the CICU, you will play a critical role in saving lives and improving patient outcomes. The ability to make a significant impact on the recovery and well-being of cardiac patients can be highly fulfilling.

Schedule

• Part-time| 48-60 hours every two weeks | Onsite

• Day/Night rotation | 8-hr and 12-hour | 7am-7:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 11pm-7:30am and 7pm -7:30am

• Every third weekend | Predetermined holiday rotation

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree

• Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour

• Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour

• Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour

• Pay range: $41.34- $62.01 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred

• BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired

• Current Minnesota RN license required

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider care required

• National Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

• Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program

To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
