This isn’t your typical surgical care unit. This team was recognized for receiving the PRISM award that celebrates medical-surgical units that sustain excellence. This is the first unit in Minnesota to receive this nationally recognized award, TWICE!
Care for those who are admitted after surgery from the General Surgeons, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN (hysterectomy), ENT, Urology, Plastics, and Trauma Surgery.
Schedule
Part-time or Full-time | Onsite
Rotating day/night | 12-hour shifts | 7am-7:30pm & 7pm-7:30am
Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) | Every other holiday
Set weekend schedule allows you to self-schedule your weekday shifts
Pay and Benefits
Pay based on experience and degree
Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
Up to $8,000 sign-on bonus!
$5,000 relocation assistance for those who qualify!

Qualifications
Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
BSN required within three years
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
National Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing preferred
