Job Description

Job Title: SFDC Manual Testing
Location: Texas Plano

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SFDC Manual Testing with a strong emphasis on manual testing to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of delivering high quality software products. You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance through rigorous testing methodologies.


Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
Perform regression testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software quality.
Participate in test case reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve testing processes.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for manual testing.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing.


Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases and test plans.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
Experience in performance testing and security testing.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing.
Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
