Technical Sales Manager

We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager who brings both deep solar expertise and a passion for driving revenue growth. In this role, you'll be the bridge between innovative technology and real-world customer needsbuilding strong relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and expanding our footprint across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale segments for both trading and Lifecycle products.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Work with in-house teams (purchasing, operations, management) to ensure order completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records by updating customer records on outreach and quoting.
• Provide regular updates on market activity, customer feedback, and competitive positioning.
• Report accurate forecast on sales pipeline and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, installers, developers, and distributors.

Minimum Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in solar sales, technical sales, design and engineering background.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and installation practices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with speaking and presenting to clients and sales team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

This position requires being onsite at our Houston, TX office, and relocation is required if you are not currently located in Houston.
