Massage Therapist - Serenity Day Spa $48-$60 per hour

Help guests relax, renew, and glow. As a Massage Therapist at Serenity Day Spa, you'll deliver the Ultimate Spa Experience-pairing expert services with warm, professional care in a spotless, serene setting.

What you'll do

• Provide therapeutic massage services for all clients.
• Greet every guest professionally, complete consent/waiver paperwork, and tailor services to exceed expectations.
• Build a loyal book by retaining clients and maintaining a full, accurate schedule.
• Educate guests and recommend retail products and add-on services to extend results.
• Keep your station-and the spa-clean, organized, and compliant with all procedures.
• Participate in required trainings/meetings and support additional spa duties as needed.

Position Requirements

• Nationally certified massage therapy license (required).
• Excellent verbal/nonverbal communication, listening, and a warm, professional presence.
• Strong work ethic: punctual, organized, detail-oriented.
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and polished, guest-facing appearance.
• Confidence building new relationships and growing clientele; comfort with light marketing.
• Quick learner who embraces new techniques, products, and systems.
