This role ensures high quality, scalability, and reliability of systems through robust testing frameworks, automation, and governance Key Responsibilities: - Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy as per STLC standards - Implement scalable test automation frameworks - Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance as per STLC - Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines - Guide teams on functional, integration, system, and UAT testing - Oversee non-functional testing including performance and security - Mentor QA leads and test engineers - Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams Required Qualifications: - Should have experience in driving onsite/ offshore team - 10+ years of overall testing experience - 4+ years in Test Architect / QA Architect role - Strong hands-on automation and framework design experience Preferred Qualifications: - Telecom / Media domain experience - Experience with cloud testing (AWS / Azure) - Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/ Behave)
