NP or PA - Urology opening in West VirginiaLocated in Wheeling, WVFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in a Urology setting to join hospital. Summary of Opening:

• Clinical/surgical urology expertise.
• Completes comprehensive patient health evaluations (including biological, social and psychological assessments) in collaboration with the appropriate clinical/faculty team.
• Assesses and coordinates the educational and psychosocial needs of the urology patient and caretakers.
• Develops and reviews the plan of care with the other members of the clinical team, participates in directing that care, and coordinates peri-operative care discharge planning (as applicable) and appropriate post hospital and ambulatory follow up.
• Participates in the education of residents and medical/nursing students and performs diagnostic procedures and therapeutic procedures.
• Participates in all aspects of the global management of the urology patient throughout the system.
